Michael Jackson Estate Says Wade Robson Waited Too Long To Accuse Michael Jackson

He waited years...
TMZ reports that Michael Jackson's estate claims that Wade Robson waited too long to file a molestation claim against them on the grounds of repressed memory and they want the case thrown out of court.
Robson filed a claim that he was sexually abused by Jackson and wanted money from his Estate. Lawyer Howard Weitzman said in legal documents that Robson missed his chance four years ago. Robson should have filed the case within sixty days of learning the estate was in probate court. At that point it was worldwide news. Weitzman had Robson admit in a deposition he knew about the legal issues regarding guardianship of Jackson's kids in 2009, so he can't say he didn't know about it.
Robson claims he delayed filing a claim because of repressed memory. A judge has yet to rule.
