Vehicle at Justin Bieber's New Place Seized, Marijuana Found
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 02.26.2014

Justin Bieber's already digging himself a deep hole in his new home in Atlanta. As reported yesterday, Bieber's bodyguard and driver was arrested after allegedly stealing a photographer's camera at a funhouse that Bieber had rented. Now, TMZ reports that the car that was seized when the bodyguard was arrested had less than an ounce of marijuana, as well as two large glass smoking pipes with marijuana residue.

There wasn't enough to charge anyone with a crime, however and additionally, the driver told police that he had no idea what was in the back of the vehicle nor whose it was. He noted it is common for him not to ask questions.

As to the bodyguard (named Hugo Hesny), Billboard reports that he has been charged with felony robbery for stealing the camera, which is believed to be worth $10,000. The photographer, Jason Winslow, has worked with Corbis Images and had taken pictures involved in Bieber's move to Atlanta earlier this week. Hesny's being held at Fulton County jail and has a first court appearance set for Thursday morning.
