Pharrell Williams Still #1 On Billboard Digital Songs Chart
Posted by Joseph Lee on 03.05.2014

Billboard reports that Pharrell Williams' "Happy" is once again at #1 on the Digital Songs Chart, selling 413,000 downloads. Along with last week's 402,000, it's the first song to get two straight weeks of over 400,000 since Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines", which also featured Pharrell, along with T.I. That song sold over 400,000 in three consecutive weeks until June 23, 2013. "Happy" is helped by its popularity on the radio and the performance at the Academy Awards on March 2. It is at #4 on the Mainstream Top 40 airplay chart.

1. Pharrell Williams - "Happy" (413,000)
2. Jason Derulo (ft. 2 Chainz) - "Talk Dirty" (217,000)
3. Katy Perry (ft. Juicy J) - "Dark Horse" (212,000)
4. John Legend - "All of Me" (198,000)
5. Idina Menzel - "Let It Go" (130,000)
6. Bastille - "Pompeii" (128,000)
7. Aloe Blacc - "The Man" (120,000)
8. A Great Big World (ft. Christina Aguilera) - "Say Something" (110,000)
9. Lorde - "Team" (101,000)
10. Pitbull (ft. Ke$ha) - "Timber"

Digital track sales this week totaled 23 million downloads, down 6% compared to last week (24.4 million) and down 12% compared to last year (26.1 million). Year-to-date track sales are at 224.1 million, down 12% compared with the same total at this point last year (253.4 million).
