Charges Not Yet Filed in Justin Bieber's Egging Incident
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 03.09.2014

Justin Bieber has not yet been charged in the alleged egging of his former neighbor's house, but it is coming. TMZ reports that prosecutors are still considering a couple of factors in figuring out how to proceed and whether to charge Bieber with a misdemeanor or felony in the incident. It is certain that he will be charged, however.

The first factor being considered is the cost to the victim; his estimate as submitted to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department put the cost at $20,000. The D.A. is also considering the egregiousness of the act and looking at similar cases that they and other law enforcement agencies have prosecuted in order to determine the most appropriate charge.
