Former New Found Glory Guitarist Accused of Lewd Conduct with a Minor

Billboard reports that Steve Klein, founder of the band New Found Glory, was arraigned in December on two felony charges along with possession of child pornography.
Klein was previously booted from the band in December 11 for unspecificed "personal differences." According to court documents, Klein was arraigned in San Luis Obispo Superior Court on December 12 for multiple felony charges: two counts of lewd conduct with a minor under the age of 14, three counts of lewd conduct with a minor aged 14 or 15, one count of intent to commit a lewd act with a minor, and one count of possession of child pornography.
Klein plead not guilty and was not booked after his arraingnment. He's currently free until scheduled court appearances on March 20 and April 10.
New Found Glory still plans to tour in North Ameirca and the UK this fall as well as release a new album.
