Reason For Chris Brown's Dismissal From Rehab Revealed
Posted by Joseph Lee on 03.17.2014

TMZ reports that Chris Brown was kicked out of a Malibu rehab facility on Friday for violating three rules, one of which required him to stay at least two feet away from the women. The rule was created because of Brown's assault of Rihanna in 2009. Brown broke the rule when he touched elbows and hands with a woman.

A second violation happened when Brown left the facility for an authorized outing, but came back and refused to submit to a random drug test. He later took the test and the results were negative, but the refusal was a violation. The third violation happened when Brown mocked rehab during a group session with "harsh comments".

Brown also may have had sex with a woman at the facility at the beginning of the month, but that is not part of the reason he was forced out.

He was arrested on Friday after he violated the order of the judge in the Rihanna case. He was told to stay in rehab for anger management until mid-April, when the Washington DC assault case was over. He's currently in jail without bail. Attorney Mark Gergaos will appear in court today with Brown to get him released. Geragos may ask for house arrest before the DC trial.
