More Details From Justin Bieber's Arrest Appear In Court Documents
Posted by Joseph Lee on 03.18.2014

TMZ reports that more documents have been released about Justin Bieber's arrest in Miami Beach for DUI. At one point he appeared to be under the influence when told to walk the line. He claimed that he had a hairline fracture on his right foot from skateboarding three months earlier.

He has been charged with DUI in Miami Beach. While his blood alcohol level was at a tiny .014, he did test positive for Xanax and marijuana.

He also made some rude comments to police. At one point, he told the arresting officer: "I'm 19 years old. I'm just out having a good time."

When the cop said he didn't drive a Lamborghini at that age, Bieber replied: "Yeah, well, I bet you didn't have millions of dollars in your bank account either."

The officer then said it seemed like he was having trouble, and Bieber said: "What? I've been driving a Lamborghini since I was 15."

However, the case against Bieber isn't solid. He wasn't drag racing as the arresting officer claimed, and it isn't possible for him to smell of alcohol as the other cop thought he did.
