She claims they withheld tickets on purpose...
TMZ reports that Jessica Pollard from New York is suing AEG, claiming she was forced to pay outrageous amounts for a Bon Jovi concert in 2010 and a Bieber concert in 2013. She claims AEG purposefully withheld over 5% of tickets for Bieber and Bon Jovi, selling them to brokers who charge more than retail.
Pollard believe AEG is violating New Jersey's Consumer Fraud Act. The act prohibits promoters from taking over 5% of the tickets. She is suing on behalf of the other fans who spent a large amount of money on expensive concerts.
