Man Arrested for Trespassing on Selena Gomez's Home Sentenced
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 04.02.2014

Billboard reports that a man charged with trespassing at Selena Gomez's home has received a sentence of 45 days in jail. He's been ordered to stay away from Gomez as well.

Los Angeles District Attorney spokesman, Richard Santiago, said that the trespasser, Che Cruz, admitted to his crime at an initial court appearance on Wednesday (April 2) and was immediately sentenced. He was arrested on Sunday (March 30) in Gomez's guesthouse and charged today with one count of misdemeanor trespassing.

Cruz was sentenced to three years of probation, and he's been ordered to stay away from Gomez and her home in Calabasas, California. Gomez arrived home on Sunday night and called security after she heard noises on the property.
