It was covered up later...
TMZ reports that Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry spray painted the band's logo on a production studio wall in Los Angeles yesterday morning without the owner's permission. Perry contacted local graffiti artist RISK to find a good location to paint the logo and "Let Rock Rule", the name of their tour.
The owner of the building isn't happy, however, and claims they were set to do a photo shoot on the wall Perry chose. He is not pressing charges because he is a fan of the band, but was forced to move the shoot so they could paint over the wall. Police claim that if Perry is caught painting any more walls he will be arrested for vandalism. When asked for comment, Perry simply said: "Let the music do the talking."
