Selena Gomez' Repeat Trespasser Charged Again
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 04.07.2014

The man who sneaked onto Selena Gomez' property twice over a one-week period has been charged once again. As previously reported, Che Cruz was arrested on Friday for sneaking onto Gomez' property in Calabasas, the same property that he was arrested for entering on March 31st. TMZ reports that Cruz was charged with felony stalking and violating a criminal order of protection.

The first time he had pled no contest to a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully entering a dwelling. He was sentenced to forty-five days in prison but was released due to jail overcrowding two days later, heading to Gomez' home the same day.

He should be in jail for a longer period of time if he is convicted on a felony charge, of course.
