He's on a roll...
Beck says that he's hoping to get a second album released this year. The singer, whose album Morning Phase dropped earlier this year and broke a six-year stretch of no new recorded albums for him, told KCRW in Santa Monica that he was hoping to get a second album out by the end of 2014.
Beck told the station, "I've been working on and off on a different set of songs – they're more boisterous (than Morning Phase). You're screwed with any kind of adjective," he cautioned, "but hopefully we'll get it out this year."
The interview took place at a concert in the Los Angeles-adjacent city, during which he performed six songs from Morning Phase as part of the sixteen-song set. The setlist is below:
"Don't Let It Go"
"Think I'M in Love --> I Feel Love"
"Soul of a Man"
