Pharrell's 'Happy' Music Video Gets Sadder Without Music

If you've turned on a radio or television anywhere lately, you've probably heard Pharrell's "Happy." The song has been staying strong on the charts, logging an eighth week on top of the singles chart this past week. It's also been everywhere from ads and commercials to the Academy Awards, where it was nominated by virtue of its status as a soundtrack number from Despicable Me 2.

Another place it's been omnipresent is YouTube, where the music video has racked up over 189 million views. But now a music-free version of the video, which appears to contain the footage as-is and without the song dubbed over, has hit the internet. You can see it below and includes some pretty surreal moments:
