Kardashians Settle Lawsuit With Father's Widow
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 04.18.2014

The Kardashian siblings' war with the widow of their late father is over. As you may recall Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Jr. filed suit against Ellen Pearson in April of 2013 alleging that she was trying to sell secrets from Robert Kardashian's diaries to the press. Now, TMZ reports that the family's lawyers say they have settled with Pearson and will get the diary back.

The settlement also means they will get some family photo albums. They are said to be "ecstatic" to finally be getting the possessions, which were willed to them by Robert.

There is still an ongoing defamation suit filed by Pearson against the family, but portions of that have already been ruled in the family's favor. The Kardashians are planning to go after her for attorneys' fees, which total over $300,000.
