Outkast To Headline 2014 BET Experience

Billboard reports that Outkast are set to headline the 2014 BET Experience on June 27-29 at LA Live in downtown Los Angeles. Andre 3000 and Big Boi will perform at the Staples Center on June 28. Other acts on that day include Rick Ross, A$AP Rocky, K. Michele, Ty Dolla $ign, August Alsina and host DJ Khaled.

It's one of several festivals the duo are set to perform at, including CounterPoint in Atlanta, Governors Ball in New York, Wireless in London, Lollapalooza in Chicago, and others.

The BET Experience begins on June 27 with concerts from Maxwell and Jill Scott, along with Marsha Ambrosius and Candice Glover. June 29 will feature performances from Mary J. Blige, Trey Songz, Jennifer Hudson and Tamar Braxton. This is the second year of the BET Networks/AEG Live event. AEG is the developer/operator of L.A. Live and Staples Center.

Single-day tickets and three-day tickets can went on sale in March and can be bought here. The 2014 BET Experience will also feature tapings of the show 106 & Park, comedy shows, the BET Fan Fest, the Music Matters Stage spotlighting emerging acts, Grammy Museum exhibits, a food festival and lifestyle seminars.

Last year's festival had over 100,000 people attend with headlining acts Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, Miguel, J. Cole, R. Kelly and more.
