It'll sell around 55,000 copies...
Billboard reports that Iggy Azalea's debut album The New Classic is set to have the highest debut on the Billboard 200. It will be released through Def Jam Records and could sell between 50,000 and 55,000 copies by Sunday, enough for a top five debut. The chart will be revealed next Wednesday.
Azalea's single "Fancy" (featuring Charli XCX) is up 37-18 on the Billboard Hot 100, 34-27 on the Pop Songs chart and 45-21 on Streaming Songs. It's up 11-6 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
The #1 album will likely be the soundtrack for Disney's Frozen for the 12th nonconsecutive week, but it's unknown how many it will sell. It's likely to get a lot more than Azalea's release. The second biggest debut on next week's chart will be Future's second album Honest, (45,000 to 50,000). Future's 2012 album Pluto debuted at #8 with 41,000 in its first week. The current single, "Move That Doh" (ft. Pharrell, Pusha T and Casino) is up 60-56 on the Hot 100 and 15-14 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.
