Former Oasis Guitarist Explains Possible Reasoning for Liam Gallagher's Cryptic Tweets

NME spoke with former Oasis guitarist Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs on the recent cryptic tweets by Liam Gallagher on Oasis. Arthurs gave his own theory on why Gallagher posted the tweets.

According to Arthurs, the tweets may have been posted because the bandmates recently went out for a drink together. Arthurs added on why Gallagher posted the tweets, "Probably the fact that I texted him going, ‘Meet me in the beer garden'. That probably rattled his cage. Maybe that. I don't know though, because I meet him every f***ing month. Maybe he's just reminiscing."

The tweets led to speculation that the band could be making an appearance at the Glastonbury Festival this year. When festival organizer, Emily Eavis, was asked to deny they would be making an appearance this year, she posted the following:
