Swizz Beatz Going Back To School
Posted by Joseph Lee on 04.28.2014

Showbiz 411 reports that Kasseem "Swizz Beatz" Dean, the producer and songwriter (and husband of Alicia Keys), has been accepted to Harvard Business School's nine-week Owner/President Management Extension Program. It's a program for CEOs and heads of companies. He will spend $100,000 on classes that begin in mid May and will live in the dorms.

He said: "I could have stayed with a lot of different famous people. But I didn't want to pull strings. And I wanted to have the full experience of being there."

Keys and their son Egypt will join him on the weekends. Keys is preparing to release a new album this summer.

He also said that he never attended college. He added: "I graduated high school and went right into music. But now I work with Monster on headphones and other products. I've raised millions for start up companies. Harvard looked at my real life experience and converted it into credits."

He concluded that he was a "little bit" nervous.
