They are in Viretta Park...
NME reports that two park benches in Seattle's Viretta Park, which were an unofficial memorial to Kurt Cobain, are going to be auctioned off. The park was close to the home that Cobain was living in when he committed suicide twenty years ago. They are messages carved into them by Nirvana fans, including tributes to Cobain.
In 2008, the wood that was written on and carved into was replaced with the old slats placed into storage. The old slats are now fixed on new frames and are being sold at Hamilton's Antique & Estate Auctions in Tacoma. As of right now, there is six and a half hours left to bid on them and the highest bid is at $220. You can bid on the benches here.
