The-Dream Claims His Ex Accused Him Of Strangulation To Stay In US
Posted by Joseph Lee on 05.08.2014

TMZ reports that The-Dream is telling friends that his ex-girlfriend Lydia Nam falsely accused him of felony assault and strangulation as a way to stay in the United States. The Canadian's visa is set to expire soon but there's a special visa that allows immigrants to stay in the country if they're crime victims. They can stay if they're needed to help prosecute the person responsible.

Dream claims that's why she has lied about him punching, kicking and strangling her while she was pregnant with their son. Nam claims that Dream attacked her more than once. She said she waited seven months after the altercation to file the report because she was scared of The-Dream.
