New Sexual Molestation Lawsuit Filed Against Michael Jackson's Estate

The Daily Beast reports that a new molestation claim has been filed against Michael Jackson's estate. James Safechuck, who appeared with Jackson as a child in a 1987 commercial for Pepsi, claims that the singer sexually abused him from when he was ten until he was fifteen.
This comes on the heels of a similar lawsuit filed by Wade Robson last year. Safechuck has denied being sexually abused by Jackson but finally decided to come forward after Robson filed his suit. The filing by Safechuck has been sealed.
There were rumors in the 1980s about the relationship between Safechuck and Jackson. The two were often seen together after their commercial, even at the opening performance of The Phantom of the Opera with Liza Minnelli. Jackson's Estate previously denied Robson's claim because it was suspicious and filed too late.
