It'll get near 400,000 copies...
Coldplay was already set for the highest sales week of the year, and things are now looking even better for them. Billboard reports that Ghost Stories is now looking to sell between 370,000 and 390,000 copies in its first week, adjusted up from the 350,000 to 375,000 that it was original predicted for.
This will easily give the album the best sales week of the year, ahead of Eric Church's The Outsiders which sold 288,000 copies in February. The album will certainly debut at #1 on the Billboard 200, which will be the band's fourth #1 hit. Their last album, Mylo Xyloto, sold 447,000 copies in its first week in 2011.
