He thinks they are an interesting choice though...
A lof of poeple have shared their opinions about Metallica headlining Glastonbury, and Jarvis Cocker is no exception. The Pulp frontman was asked about the metal act's Glastonbury appearance by BBC News and said he thought they were an "interesting choice" but expressed concerns that their set will "a bit abrasive" and give the wrong vibe for the show.
Cocker said of the Glastonbury crowd, "They've probably not had much sleep and they've been indulging in certain things. So the main thing is to be a vague, warm, friendly presence. Whether a full-borne rendition of 'Enter Sandman' is going to fill those criteria I don't know."
Metallica will headline the festival on June 28th.
