Billboard reports that Lady Gaga and her manager Bobby Campbell have joined Artist Nation, Live Nation Entertainment's artist management division.
Live Nation President and CEO Michael Rapino said: "Lady Gaga is one of the most iconic and highest-grossing artists of this generation. We have a long-standing relationship with Lady Gaga, dating back to her 2009 Fame Ball tour, and we look forward to continuing to support Lady Gaga and her manager Bobby Campbell in their careers."
Campbell added: "Lady Gaga and I have had an incredible relationship with Live Nation over the last five years. Their insight, strategic vision and global power have made them a truly invaluable member of our team. I'm ecstatic to be working even more closely with them in the years to come as we take Lady Gaga's career to new levels all around the world."
Lady Gaga split with manager Troy Carter and his Atom Factory firm in November. Campbell worked with Gaga at Atom Factory and stuck with her after the split. He became her manager and will continue to do so as they go to Artist Nation. This follows a period where several management firms were trying to get her to sign on as a client. She's the latest artist to sign with Live Nation, which boasts a roster of over 230 clinets from all genres and sixteen management companies. Artist Nation also recently acquired U2 and Madonna under manager Guy Oseary.
Live Nation is also producing her artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball tour, which has sold almost 800,000 tickets in over 24 countries, including North America, Asia, Australia and Europe.
Live Nation chairman of global music Arthur Fogel said: "The ARTPOP Ball Tour will continue the successful run around the world through November. The show is great musically and visually, and Lady Gaga is at the top of her game."
