Gerard Way Says My Chemical Romance’s Break-Up Was No One's Fault
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 06.12.2014

BBC Radio 1 recently spoke with Gerard Way on My Chemical Romance's 2013 split. According to Way, it was "nobody's fault." Below are some highlights.

Way on the split: "It was time. I think because it was so special and it was such an amazing thing… to keep going and let it rust out on the rails? That was not the way that band was supposed to go out."

Way on the band being upset about the split: "I think we're all pretty upset. It wasn't an easy thing to come to. It was sad, because it wasn't a situation where anybody hated each other. It was nobody's fault."

Way on changing and doing new things: "You should always be doing new things and changing and growing as a human being."
