Justin Bieber To Be Charged With Vandalism Today
Posted by Joseph Lee on 06.16.2014

TMZ reports that Justin Bieber will be charged today with vandalism after he egged a house in January. It's unknown if he will be charged with a misdemeanor or a felony. The prosecutor who investigated told the victim, Bieber's former neighbor, that "if this isn't a felony, nothing is". The neighbor estimated that the egging caused $20,000 in damages. The case was sent to the D.A.'s office, who will decide what the charge will be filed as.

This comes after the D.A. decided not to charge Bieber after a woman claimed he verbally abused her at a batting cage last month and grabbed her cell phone. They were unable to find any evidence, but the Los Angeles City Attorney's office is reviewing the case.

There is evidence for the egging, as TMZ has video shot by the neighbor in which you can hear Bieber. There is also a surveillance video from Bieber's home showing that he was there at the time.
