Death Metal Band To Play In Air-Tight Cube Until They Run Out Of Oxygen

For three nights a week over a month...
NME reports that death metal band Unfathomable Ruination will play in an air-tight, soundproof cube until they run out of oxygen. They plan to do this three nights a week starting on Thursday until August 1. The performances will be outside of The Gherkin in London at 6 PM every Wednesday to Friday. The public will obviously not be able to hear the band play as they are inside the "Box Sized Die", created by Portugese artist João Onofre.
Onofre said: "The performance's duration is limited to the length of time in which oxygen is expended. Outside the cube, viewers observe its strange vibrations, only viewing the band's entrance and exit to the performance space."
The band formed in 2011 and have two albums (Musical Album and Misshapen Congenital Entropy). If you're curious what they sound like, check out their song "Carved Inherent Delusion" below.
