There was no evidence of violations…
E! News reports that Justin Bieber has been cleared by the FAA in connection with an incident at the Teterboro Airport in New Jersey last January.
The FAA investigated an incident that reportedly occurred on Bieber's private jet. The jet was chartered over Super Bowl weekend. Bieber and passengers were then detained at the airport on January 31 for allegedly mistreating the crew and smoking so much marijuana that the pilots had to wear oxygen masks.
At the time of the incident, no unsmoked marijuana was found on the plane. According to a statement released by the FAA today: "The FAA closed its investigation into allegations that passengers interfered with the flight crew on a Gulfstream G-IV aircraft that landed at Teterboro Airport on Friday, Jan. 31, 2014. The FAA found no evidence that the passengers violated Federal Aviation Regulations."
