Police were called to his Vegas home...
There are certain events that are just traditions for Independence Day in the US. These include barbecues, fireworks, drinking (for some) and Flavor Flav getting into it with the police over his fireworks show. The Public Enemy member, who has been regularly cited by police for his elaborate fireworks productions, was cited over the weekend by Las Vegas police according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The site reports that police were called on Friday by neighbors complaining about Flav's show. According to Police Lt. Ken Romaine, the officers on duty showed up and confiscated over 100 pounds of the entertainer's remaining fireworks and issued him two fireworks-related citations.
Flav said that he won't go to jail over fireworks and that while his guest list of a hundred or so were enjoying themselves before the cops arrived, he's going to move the party out of the neighborhood to avoid getting the cops called on him.
