UPDATED: Justin Bieber Charged With Misdemeanor Vandalism - Agrees To Plea Deal
Posted by Joseph Lee on 07.09.2014

UPDATE: TMZ reports that Justion Bieber will have to take anger management classes as a result of his plea bargain in his vandalism case. The site reports that as a result of Bieber pleading no contest to misdemeanor vandalism, he will be placed on two years probation and do five days of community service. He must pay his neighbor $80,900 in restitution which is the actual damages the egging cause.

In addition, Bieber must attend twelve weeks of classes with a minimum of one per week. He must also stay 100 yards away from the victim and his family.

Bieber's people told the site, "Justin is glad to get this matter resolved and behind him. He will continue to move forward focusing on his career and his music."

ORIGINAL: TMZ reports that Justin Bieber was charged today with misdemeanor vandalism for egging his neighbor's house. The Los Angeles County District Attorney filed the charge after finally deciding if it should be a misdemeanor or a felony.

Video from the attack in January featured Bieber's voice, while surveillance video from Bieber's home showed he was at the scene during the attack. A prosecutor previously told the victim: "If this isn't a felony, nothing is."

The website also reports that Bieber has agreed to a plea deal in the case. His lawyer will appear in court at 1:30 PT to plead no contest to the charge. Bieber will receive no jail time. Instead he'll be played on one year probation and ordered to perform community service.

He will also have to pay the victim, his previous neighbor. The bills totaled $20,000 and part of the house needs to be re-plastered. It's a Venetian plaster that's said to be very expensive.
