ORIGINAL:TMZ reports that Justin Bieber was charged today with misdemeanor vandalism for egging his neighbor's house. The Los Angeles County District Attorney filed the charge after finally deciding if it should be a misdemeanor or a felony.
Video from the attack in January featured Bieber's voice, while surveillance video from Bieber's home showed he was at the scene during the attack. A prosecutor previously told the victim: "If this isn't a felony, nothing is."
The website also reports that Bieber has agreed to a plea deal in the case. His lawyer will appear in court at 1:30 PT to plead no contest to the charge. Bieber will receive no jail time. Instead he'll be played on one year probation and ordered to perform community service.
He will also have to pay the victim, his previous neighbor. The bills totaled $20,000 and part of the house needs to be re-plastered. It's a Venetian plaster that's said to be very expensive.
