Man Breaks Onto Kennedy Compound Looking For Katy Perry
Posted by Joseph Lee on 07.16.2014

TMZ reports that a man broke into the Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port looking for Katy Perry. According to Barnstable police, there was no sign of forced entry.

At about 6:30 last night, James Lacriox (age 53) walked inside and began to cook dinner. Ted Kennedy Jr. was in Connecticut at the time. He called right after 9 PM to check on his 16-year-old son. Lacroix answered instead and Ted immediately called the police. When police arrived they saw Lacroix who said he was looking for Perry.

Kennedy's son came home and saw Lacroix but just assumed he was a houseguest. Lacroix was arrested and charged with breaking and entering. Police said he was found on a couch reading a book. He told them that he entered through an unlocked door. He also said that he had a gift for Perry and was also there to see John F. Kennedy. Police said that after talking to him for a little bit, they decided he was "detached from reality." You can see video of Lacroix's arrest below.

The home will be full in two weeks, as Cheryl Hines and Robert Kennedy Jr will get married there.
