Drake Settles Beef Over Alleged Stolen Lyrics
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 07.16.2014

Drake has reportedly settled a feud that had developed between him and rapper 4-Tay in the easiest way to do so: with money. TMZ reports that 4-Tay started to take shots at Drake after the latter was featured on YG's "Who Do You Love" and used lyrics taken from 4-Tay's 1994 track "Playaz Club." 4-Tay was upset that he was given no credit on the song.

While no lawsuit was filed, according to sources close to the situation a $100,000 settlement was reached between Drake's record label and 4-Tay for "borrowing" the lyrics. 4-Tay told the site that he is no longer upset now that the situation has been handled.
