He got probation…
According to The Westerly Sun, 39-year-old Daniel P. Cole will serve a year of probation on a trespassing charge and six months of probation on a disorderly conduct charge. He will also have to undergo anger management screenings and counseling, and has been ordered to have no contact with Taylor Swift. The incident happened on March 20th at the Rhode Island home of Swift. Cole told security that he had been invited to stay, and when authorities arrived, he began cursing and refused their orders. Cole had previously been issued a no-trespass order back in December.
This is not the first time that Swift has had to deal with trespassers. Back in December of 2012, a 24-year old man named Jacob Kulke was arrested for trespassing at Taylor Swift's home in Nashville.
