And $1 million in damages…
TMZ reports that a New York City jeweler has filed a lawsuit against Sean Kingston for not paying for some expensive pieces of jewelry.
Avi Da Jeweler filed the lawsuit in New York and claims that Kingston received more than $200,000 worth of jewelry from the jeweler from 2008-2013. According the jeweler, Kingston apparently did not pay for any of it.
In addition, the company says that Kingston wrote checks different times over the years, but they all bounced. The orders over the years for Kingston included watches, chains, a diamond "Jesus piece," a belly button chain, and a cubic zirconia necklace and bracelet. Kingston allegedly never returned a $12,000 ring that was loaned to him for a 106 & Park appearance.
In total, Avi Da Jeweler says Kingston owes $226,200 and wants an additional $1 million in punitive damages.
