A Delaware bankruptcy judge has stopped the sale of Napster to its main investor, Bertelsmann AG. Had the sale gone through, it may have been the first step in the return of Napster, once the most popular file swapping program in the world. Bertelsmann AG was trying to buy Napster for an additional $8 million after paying $85 million to keep Napster alive.
