P.Diddy $25 Million Dollar Lawsuit Tossed Out Of Court

Maybe Burrowes could claim P.Diddy touched those boys in Neverland...

The $25 Million dollar lawsuit against Sean “P.Diddy” Combs has been tossed out a New York court.

The judge ruled that the case had "limitless number of deficiencies."

Kirk Burrowes claimed that Combs “threatened him with a baseball bat in 1996” and that he was forced to sign 1/4th of Bad Boy over to Combs.

Burrowes also has claimed Combs was behind several murders including Tupac Shakur.

"It would take me far more time than any judge has to describe all the deficiencies in this complaint," Judge Jed Rakoff said to the courtroom.

Burrowes will now enter the appeal process.
