Beyonce, Clay Aiken and Shania Twain announced...

Joining acts No Doubt and Sting, Beyonce, Clay Aiken and Shania Twain have been announced for the 2003 Billboard Music Awards.

The award show will take place on December 10th in Las Vegas.
