Billboard Charts: Usher Still #1; Hoobastank Surges

Rest more or less the same....

Usher remains #1 on the Billboard charts for the fourth straight week with Confessions selling another 302,000 copies.

Now That's What I Call Music! Vol. 15 came in at #2 again with 122,000 copies sold.

Hoobastank's The Reason moved up 15 spots to #3 with 74,000 copies sold.
