Billboard Charts: D12 Takes Over #1 Spot

Usher's reign ends
The second album from the Eminem-led rap grou D12, D12 World, debuted at #1 on the latest Billboard Charts after moving 544,000 copies. The album instantly records itself as highest selling week for a hip-hop album. D12's debut album, Devil's Night, also debuted at #1 in 2001 with 372,000 copies sold.
Usher's five week reign at #1 ends as Confessions falls to #2 with 261,000 copies sold.
Prince's Musicology remains at #3 with 170,000 copies sold.
Diana Krall's The Girl in the Other Room debuts at #4 with 144,000 copies sold.
Mario Winans' Hurt No More falls three spots to #5 with 124,000 copies sold.
Now That's What I Call Music! Vol. 15 takes the #6 spot, followed by Hoobastank's The Reason at #7.
Kanye West takes the #8 spot with The College Dropout moving another 60,000 copies.
Rounding out the top ten are Evanescence's Fallen and American Idol Season 3: Greatest Soul Classics which sold 55,000 copies in its debut week.
