Billboard Charts:Velvet Revolver Debuts At No. 1

Band kicked Usher out of the top spot...
Velvet Revolver pushed Usher out of the top spot with their debut album, Contraband, which sold 256,000 copies.
Usher is at No. 2 with Confessions pushing another 171,000 copies.
Avril Lavigne falls one spot to No. 3, with Under My Skin, selling 122,000 copies.
Also falling one slot is Gretchen Wilson's Here for the Party, and Prince's Musicology, which land at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.
Hoobastank's The Reason is at the No. 6 spot for the third straight week.
311 is at No. 7 with Greatest Hits '93-03 pushing 63,000 copies, and Side One Dummy's 2004 Warped Tour double-disc compilation is at No. 8.
D12's D12 World is at No. 9, and Slipknot's Vol. 3: The Subliminal Verses at No. 10.
