Plus, how did Jordin Sparks do?
Josh Groban's Noel moved an astounding 405,000 copies in its fourth week to move up a spot and capture #1 this week. The sales increase was prompted by an appearance on "Oprah". It marks the first time a Christmas album has topped the Billboard charts since Kenny G's Miracles in 1994. It's also Groban's best sales week ever.
Alicia Keys' As I Am moved another 349,000 units in its second week, falling from the top spot to #2. Now 26 climbed a spot to #3, shifting another 234,000 in its second week on the charts.
Garth Brooks' The Ultimate Hits continues to hang in there, moving up one spot to #4 this week. The double-CD set sold 192,000 copies in its fourth week in the Top 5. Former #1 the Eagles see their Long Road Out Of Eden climb from #6 to #5 in its fourth week.
The former #1 High School Musical 2 soundtrack re-enters the Top 10 at #6 this week, as it became the top selling album of 2007. Another former chart topper, Carrie Underwood's Carnival Ride, sawa 25% sales increase this week, moving another 141,000 copies and moving from #9 to #7.
Celine Dion's Taking Chances falls from #3 to #8 in its second week, while Chris Brown's Exclusive saw a slight sales increase and moved from #10 to #9 in its third week.
American Idol winner Jordin Sparks is the only debut in the Top 10 this week, as he self-titled effort bows at #10. Jordin Sparks moved 119,000 copies in its first week, an all-time low for "American Idol" winners. The album's lead single, "Tattoo", peaked at #16 on the Hot 100.
Like last week, all of this week's Top 10 (and #11, Keith Urban's debuting Greatest Hits) moved over 100,000 units.
