Rumors have been swirling that actress/singer Ashlee Simpson and Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz have become engaged after Simpson was photographed with a ring on her wedding finger early last week.
Her publicist however, confirmed to Usmagazine.com that, "Ashlee is not engaged."
