Britney Spears Finally Gives Testimony

Sometimes getting there is the hardest part...
Britney Spears has finally given testimony in her custody dispute with ex-husband Kevin Federline over their two boys, according to published reports. Reports say Spears was seen leaving the Los Angeles-area office of Federline's lawyer about two hours after she arrived Monday. Spears has been having trouble making recent legal dates.
On December 12, she called in sick for a court-ordered deposition, then arrived late at the lawyer's office on its rescheduled date, January 3. That night she was taken to a hospital after a stand-off in her home when she refused to return the children to Federline's bodyguard following a visit.
Spears' next court hearing is scheduled for February 19th, when she'll try to regain a judge's permission for visits with her two young boys. A court ordered her to undergo random drug and alcohol testing, and to temporarily give the boys to Federline.
Spears' attorneys asked the court this month to be relieved as her counsel because of a "breakdown" in communication.
