Radiohead Open Social Networking Site
Posted by Mitch Michaels on 04.09.2008

Radiohead have launched their own social networking site at waste-central.com.

Much like existing networking sites like MySpace and Facebook, users can add their own profile, photos and personal info, comment on other users' pages and photos, and obviously view exclusive Radiohead photos and videos.

It will also give users a platform to discuss Radiohead's 2008 tour dates and talk about upcoming events with like minded fans.

Internet users around the world, unite and sulk!

Good to know Radiohead is still around though. Thing is, they probably helped along the emo genre though.

Even though I'm a big fan of theirs and I absolutely hate emo, I can see how Radiohead has influenced the genre. I remember reading in NME that Panic at the Disco even said they want to be the next Radiohead; which gave me a pretty good laugh.

I once saw Panic! cover 'Karma Police'. That gave me a pretty good laugh.

It was at a festival by the way, I had to add that so nobody would think I'd gone somewhere specifically to see them.
