R.E.M. has released a new single from their recent hit album Accelerate. You can check out the clip for "Hollow Man" below.
R.E.M. will also be touring North America this May and June in support of Accelerate. The band will be joined by support acts Modest Mouse and The National. Dates are listed below.
Accelerate, R.E.M.'s 14th studio album, was recorded in Vancouver, Canada, Dublin, Ireland and Athens, Georgia last spring with Grammy Award-winning producer Jacknife Lee. It debuted at #2 on the Billboard charts last month. In October 2007, the band released a live CD/DVD -- the first ever of their 27-year career, entitled R.E.M. Live.
