Surgical enhancement aside, anyone with a brain knows women's bodies change BIG TIME during pregnancy and most changes are permanent. There are 14 year olds getting implants, the veil is broken guys. Who the hell cares if theyre fake or not. Ignore them if youre not into them, enjoy them if you do. Myself...once the bra comes off I could care LESS how she got em.
