Actually, no. She is not 25 percent Venezuelan because Venezuelan is a nationaly and not a race. If her father is Afro-Venenuelan, that means that he's a black Venezuelan. Therefore, Mariah would be 50/50. A race (black/white) is different from a nationality (American/Venezuelan).

I'd still like to know why this is news at all. Chick can't throw a ball....okay, so? How does that equate to anything musical? Should be in the sports section cause well...she IS throwing a baseball. If she was chucking a guitar or a mic stand or a fit..could see it more.
