New Spears Album Due In December

Just time time for Xmas, the Circus comes to town. Only, I'm willing to bet this isn't something you wanna take Grandma to...
Britney Spears has confirmed she will release a new album before year's end. Circus is due December 2. The first single is "Womanizer," produced by the Outsyders.
Among the other contributors are Dr. Luke, who wrote and produced the title cut, Danja, Guy Sigsworth, Max Martin and Bloodshy & Avant.
Last month, Spears told OK Magazine of the new album, "I think it is more urban," adding that she'd been writing everyday on a piano in her living room. What the article doesn't clarify is that the piano is where Spears does her cocaine and pool boy.
Circus is the follow-up to last year's Blackout, which has sold 894,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
Wonderful. "Comeback" attempt #2. No amount of producers or writers can make up for the fact that she cannot sing and is an absolute trainwreck. Here's hoping this inevitable failure leads to more head shaving and umbrella attacks. At least crazy Britney is entertaining in a bizarre way...
