Durst Confirms The Return Of Limp Bizkit
Posted by Ben Czajkowski on 10.07.2008

Early Monday evening, Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst posted a blog on the band's MySpace, speaking on the status of his band. He had this to say:

Hello my dear family members. Yes, it has been a while. But a while worth the wait. It is getting very close to time to drop the bizkit on the universe. I say this with the absolute best intentions and motivation. We, Limp Bizkit, are excited about the future for us and for you. LBF is the way. LBF is for life. Let's stir some shit up my friends.

Most recently, Terry Balsamo (Cold, Evanescence) rejoined Limp Bizkit in place of former guitarist Wes Borland (now head of Black Light Burns). Balsamo was part of Limp Bizkit in the mid-1990's before leaving to join Cold.

Great does this mean we will get the return of the underbiker and is Limp Bizkit still the WWE's favorite band?

Hell yes, dude. His rhymes may be weak in a lot of spots, but the music is pretty friggin' good. Mosh time.

Spoken like a true music-illiterate skinhead. Get a job and get some taste while you're at it.

Limp Bizkit, is my business
who's guilty, can I get a witness
The Chocolate Starfish is my man Fred Durst
Access Hollywood License to Kill,
A redneck fucker from Jacksonville,
Bringin' on the dumb stuff funk,
a microphone machete in the back o' my trunk,
Rockin so steady with the he says she says
And don't forget about the Starfish navigation system,
Don't hate me, I'm just an alien,
with 37 tons, of new millenium,
Dum ditty dum, where's it comin from,
Mrs. Aguillera come and get some.

Basically, I can't wait for the Bizkit. Respect Durst all you pussy emo listening posers. Not to mention all you morons who listen to Disturbed or any other shitty supposed Metal bands these days. You might not like what Fred has to say in his songs, but you can't deny he can make a hit record and sell millions. Limp Bizkit is the ONLY fucking band besides The Beatles to sell a million albums in one week. What album you ask? Chocolate Starfish and the Hotdog Flavored Water. I'd take that over Death Magnetic any fucking day of the week.

wow, are these people serious? i mean i'm all for being a fan, but don't try to pretend like limp bizkit is by any stretch of the imagination brilliant or even worse, metal. btw, trash talking disturbed while defending limp bizkit is a complete oxymoron. its like saying, new kids on the block suck while jamming out to 98degrees.

Let the music speak for itself this time, and maybe Bizkit will get back some fanbase.

Not going to trash it till I hear it, but not going to pretend it's the second coming of the Rolling Stones either.

I was a HUGE Bizkit mark back in the day & can't wait for some new shit. Take them as they are, their music is never going to be revolutionary or groundbreaking but it's fun as fuck & they put on a cracking live show.
