We Wish You A Metal XMas Coming Soon
Posted by Mitch Michaels on 11.18.2008

We Wish You a Metal XMAS and a Headbanging New Year features performances from such icons as Alice Cooper, Vinny Appice, Lemmy Kilmister, R onnie James Dio, Dave Grohl, Chuck Billy, Tommy Shaw and more, as they put a heavy metal twist on popular holiday songs.

We Wish You A Metal Christmas… will also be streaming on every Clear Channel rock radio website. The entire Christmas collection will be available throughout the entire holiday season, starting November 25th.

"This CD is the furthest thing from a "Silent Night". It captures all the Christmas spirit.... turned up on 11!" - Vinny Appice

"Don't you wish you could see this band live?!" - Lemmy Kilmister

"With the exception of the car ride back and forth to my family and in-laws, Christmas is the only time I don't usually get a chance to listen to my fellow MetalHeads! Well not THIS year....Finally I'll be having a Very Metal Xm as and a Headbanging New Year with the rest of the metalhead community out there! It's been a real honor doing this CD, I hope you all enjoy it!" – Craig Goldy

This is typical of the 411 music zone - they post shit without researching it completely. As you stated Waspman, this was out at least 2-4 weeks ago. I purchased it on Amazon the day it came out and a quick click or two would have confirmed that had anyone taken the time or effort to look rather than passing on erroneous information. As a matter of fact, this isn't the first time this item has run here - Dan Haggerty posted something about it a few weeks back with the correct release date included at that time.
